Volunteers - Important Information


ALL Volunteers Need To Register!

The school District of Palm Beach County requires background checks on any person that volunteers in the school. THIS INCLUDES PARENTS! Fingerprinting is NOT required but you must register BEFORE you can volunteer or go on a field trip.

Anyone assisting on campus must be cleared through the District.  Please complete the volunteer application on a school computer. This application includes a background check, takes several weeks and must be completed annually.  Coordinate your volunteer service with the PTA coordinator.

You must register from one of the school's computers. You may register in the White Computer Lab at the following events: Meet Your Teacher Day (prior to the beginning of the school year), or Parent Night. At the beginning of the school year it can take up to 6 - 8 weeks to be cleared.
